Product Development Programs

RMC's Development Programs provide customers with a total solution for their end-item needs. Although the scope of each development program may vary, a typical work flow goes from technical review of the customer's required end-item specifications, then on to engineering analysis and design, manufacturing engineering, tool fabrication, end-item design test/validation and end-item manufacturing.

RMC's Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs) are used throughout the course of the program. The company's QAPs conform to the requirements of AS-9003, and can be modified to suit customer requirements.

All development programs are given detailed work codes, and each department within RMC has an assigned function code and rate structure, allowing each customer to track the progress of their program.
