name Larry Ashton has become synonymous with advanced

divest itself of its Technology Development Center with Mr. Ashton
at the helm. Through
negotiations and the creation of an employee-owned corporation,
Mr. Ashton was able to purchase and shift the assets from
Aerotrans and RMC was formed as an employee-owned corporation.
The
company's reputation for innovation and boldness in the
development of new techniques and processes gave it a jump-start
in the marketplace. It
is evident now in the impressive list of projects and
accomplishments over the past years since its creation.
