The manufacturing methods employed at Rocky
Mountain Composites encompass advanced state-of-the-art
techniques. However, there are components that require
skilled, 'hands-on' care.

 |
The composite technicians at RMC are trained in the
latest techniques of hand lay-up. This includes wet or pre-preg
lay-up in tools with complex contours and shapes.
Typically, these lay-ups require vacuum bagging for
optimum debulking and complex cure cycles in or out of the
autoclave or ovens.
Tools for parts are press molded or resin-infused molded. |
| Whatever the surface
or requirement RMC can meet customers needs with competence,
capability, and accuracy for meeting schedules and rate
requirements.
RMC has quality inspection procedures to assure that
in-line procedures and specifications are followed and exceptional
high quality parts are produced
