The
ability of RMC to work with a wide selection of
matrix materials adds to the challenge of having a
variety of curing systems available to meet the
needs and requirements of customers.
|
RMC
has the ability to react and respond to customer
needs and employ the most efficient curing systems
for each job. As production requirements grow and
needs arise for dedicated systems they are designed
and acquired or built for the specific requirements.

Both Systems utilize programmable controllers
which can regulate temperature, pressure, and
vacuum. An advanced Data Acquisition System records
all pertinent information for document control
purposes. The primary components being:
. Fluke Helios I - analog to digital converter.
. 100 channels - record time, temperature,
pressure, and vacuum.
. 40 thermocouples - record accurate heat-ups. |

Other
systems such as
controlled heat lamps and heated hoods are used
when parts are cured in stages as required by
the project.
